Unikatum is uniquely positioned to assess business excellence in Slovenia and internationally and has gained the most experience with business excellence in Slovenia. We develop strategies using the 3rd generation BSC methodology and have had a business partnership with its author, Gavin Lawrie (2GC Active Management), since 2003. We are in regular contact with the Chief Executive Officer of EFQM, Mr. Leon Tossaint, former vice president for quality and excellence in the Consumer Electronics division of Philips.
