About me

Dr. Nenad Savič is the only business advisor and business excellence assessor in Slovenia and South-East Europe with the EFQM Licensed Advisor certificate, which EFQM only awards to experts who have an in-depth understanding of its business excellence model. He also has the EFQM license for training excellence assessors.

Since 2003, he has been a business partner of the renowned UK-based consulting company 2GC Active Management and has cooperated with the European Foundation for Quality Management for more than a decade.

He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana for the Strategic Management course and collaborates with the Slovenian Institute for Quality and Metrology as an assistant. His research is focused on studying the transformation of business models, which is also the subject of his doctoral thesis, entitled Determinants and Characteristics of Successful Business Model Transformation.

He is the owner and manager of Unikatum, an institute for innovative business models. He has helped develop business strategies and business excellence models for numerous Slovenian clients as well as different companies and organizations from Europe and Middle East.

In 2009, he received an award from the Association for Management Consulting at the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia for the best consulting project for developing a solution for strategic transformation of a company.
